Potential here but currently is awful
I was so looking forward to this app and I was utterly disappointed. The biggest concern I have had was trying to link my pay and game accounts so that I could at least earn the points for purchase and game play and etc. For some reason I had issues getting them connected. No big deal right? I just reached out to support. Support had emailed me over the course of a month and kept saying that it was backend issues and that they had no answer for what was happening. It’s now going on three months of this and support hasn’t responded back to me in a month on me asking for updates. I at least just wanted some communication. Recommendation: there are MUCH MUCH better gaming debit apps out there. Mana, Tiv, and Ugami are so much better and polished. And you can even get metal gaming cards with Mana and Tiv.

Selective rewards. Updated from good review to bad.
I have to say I was impressed originally with how great this card seemed. But after using it even though the website claims you’ll be rewarded for every purchase you only get select small amount transactions. Half the time it works when getting points for purchases, half the time it doesn’t work. If you can just go with a rewards credit card.

there is literally an achievement for points to screenshot a good review. these reviews are rigged. the truth is you will get denied points for anything pricy, you cant cycle any bill or nonbusiness transaction to points, and you will be restricted to 1k a month transfer so you REALLY dont get much chance to redeem. is it real? yea, but with massive bugs and issues, awful response times, delayed transactions, and just all around an awful system. if you wanna suffer for say a gas card that give back 3% in points for an item thats out of stock when you reach it, have fun but the reality is this will stress you out and waste you time more than it will profit you as youre limited in every aspect

Decent rewards program if you have the patience to deal with Customer Support
In order to redeem your Buff points you earn from playing games in the Buff app, you need to download and link it to the BuffPay app. Unfortunately, getting my Buff app account linked to BuffPay took over a month to verify my identity. Customer service would not respond with updates unless you sent them an email and pushed them on it. Once you’re able to finish the account linking process though everything works as it should. There are frequent offers to get bonus Buff points through spend minimums in a certain time period, and the app is fast and easy to use. Good if you like to redeem for in-game rewards.

Can’t login
Not sure if it’s a glitch but I’ve tried reinstalling the app and refreshing it as well
The issue is I keep getting a pop up saying “persons number is invalid” saying my phone number is incorrect when I try to login
I even tried making a new card and still got the same pop up which was odd
Unless that’s fixed somehow I won’t be able to access my stuff unless I’m on computer

Great for what it is
It’s a clean simple banking app for the buff pay card/account. User interface is logical, app runs smoothly, chat replies quickly and with actual non scripted answers. Great banking app, highly recommend if you have their card
Rewards make it worth it!
They had a few hiccups at first with the app but they are all fixed now! Love using my buffpay card.

I've just started using the app and already accumulated enough for a $10 in one week.. ButI've done some task that show as completed in the app and still haven't gotten the reward. It's been 2-3 days now. Also the buffpay took so long to get up and running but it was def worth it.
