Costs money to identify bites
Costs a LOT for what I actually needed it for... Needed to identify a bug bite but no indication on download page that I had to pay for that. Don't want to have to shell out money for doctor visit for something that is potentially harmless, but don't want to get sick if it's something serious. Disappointed but I'm giving it a higher rating than the other app because it still has vey useful free features.

So I had a trial option I went ahead and just paid the six bucks took a picture of two bug bites on my arm and it didn’t even work. Thanks for wasting my time and my money.

First off, they don't even offer a trial version, which should have been my first red flag. I was excited to try it out, but instead, I had to pay upfront just to see if it worked.
Unfortunately, the app is a total letdown. When I finally tried to use it, I asked it to identify a bug, and it just hung there! I waited and waited, but nothing happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t deliver on its promises. I expected at least a basic level of functionality, but instead, I just got a long wait for absolutely nothing.
I genuinely wish I could get my money back. Save your time and money—find a different app that actually works!

this cost money just to identify bugs and bug bites. That’s crazy. That’s not even worth my $21. It should be free. I got bit by some bug and hurts a lot and I can’t identify it. If it was free I would use it a lot more.
Pourquoi j’ai mis que 1 étoile ?
Je suis allergique au insecte mais beaucoup plus au moustiques alors sa me fait des très très gros gonflement et l’application ne me trouve pas l’insecte alors que c’est juste un moustique et oui je sais vous aller me dire ( bas si tu sais pourquoi ta telecharger l’application ? ) bas pour être sure que c’est un moustique mais bon. Aussi l’application est en Anglais et non en Français donc je trouve l’application pas fou fou.

Nous avons corrigé plusieurs problèmes dans la dernière mise à jour, y compris des améliorations pour une meilleure reconnaissance des insectes comme les moustiques. De plus, nous travaillons à rendre l’application disponible en plusieurs langues, y compris le français, afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de nos utilisateurs. Doesn’t work, uploaded so many photos and it just keeps on loading and nothing happens
Very accurate
I have encountered insect i have never seen befor befor. To me every insect i deathly poisonous lol. This app has helped ease some of my anxieties. I have been able to identify insect that i thought harmful and some that actually protect me from some of the more harmful isect and spiders.
The app provides a good amount of information. For what it could not provide, it is nothing to go do more research using other sources. I have identified over 30 types of moths that I thought were butterflies and other kinds of insects. Trying to describe some of the insects is difficult but being able to take a picture, though not 100%, is very helpful and usually more accurate than not.
