Does not work

This app never gets past the first screen. Paid the subscription fee and still only stuck on front screen. photo and camera do not work. No app support. This is 100% scam.

Whaaat?

Got the app, had one photo, put it in, perfect, first try Id'd little earwigs. Was on that funny cartooonish page offering gallery or ??? but galllery is just the photo library and the ??? goes nowhere. No way to get back for another ID, NOTHING. On app store, developer site coming soon??? IS ANYBODY PAYING ATTENTION IN TE BUG ID WORLD? Jeesh.
