Not worth Pro OR FREE app
I downloaded this app trying to figure out what kind of new red and black bug landed on me in the garden, but it gave me different outcomes every time I submitted, and they never looked anything like the red and black bug. I used the app on a black sugar ant and it gave me CARPENTER ants that are like 40x the size. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A BUG IDENTIFYING BOOK

I live in the Eastern United States. I moved apartments recently with the fam and don’t have much experience with spiders and kinda arachnophobic. So when a roach trap caught a dead spider that surely wasn’t a daddy long legs I panicked, thankfully it wasn’t really harmful. But on the second time my robo vacum caught a different live one, and this one can cause swelling and may require medical attention. Truly thankful for the app and the developers. Planning on going premium soon, but super appreciative that the free plan let me check out the app.
I recommend to anyone dealing with spiders to get roach motel traps and a robo vacum.

Definitely a LITE program which is not worthy of $$s
This app doesn’t even scan the pic nor enlarge it and had a very poor match percentage. You are better off taking the pic first then using the app but it still was poor. It is not yet worthy of being useful and has a long way to go!!
Amazing
They haven’t been wrong yet!
