Cannot Access Account on App
I can sign-in on the website using my email address AND user name but cannot on the app. Am I doing something wrong?

Must easier to use this app to place bids than having to open portal using the mobile browser and select the auction each time

This app is great and much easier than the old web way. Quick and easy to track my bids and understand if I’m winning or losing.
