Pricing and tipping out of control
Used to be a good service with competitive fees. Now fees are very high and you need to be extremely careful because it defaults to an insane tip. My last costco order the default tip was $88!!

Only use as a last resort
I only use this app if I need items from Safeway. They force you a pre selected tip amount, and I find it pales in comparison to INSTACART. I just received a buggy order and even though I said “allows substitutions I was not co reacted by my shopper about replacing an item, they did not choose another item and just refunded me. Not good service in my opinion. I did give them 3 stars for their quick delivery and reasonable delivery rate.

Poor selection, no customer support
They don’t carry anything that you’ll need day to day. Coupon codes they send you don’t work. There’s no customer support.

Buggy keeps shopping fun and simple. Quality items with just the right amount of choice. Fun and great “finds.” Super fast cashiers.
Love the fruit, vege’s and seafood
The berries are the best! The peppers crisp! The salmon delicious! Nice selection of cheeses too. The only thing I would change about Buggy is the way the cashiers rarely interact with the customers. They are fast and efficient but their bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I can live with this because what I am buying taste great and the prices are good!

Highly dissatisfied
I’d waited for my order all day and it never showed up. Worried, I emailed the support people and they do not respond for a while and when they do, they are not even ready to take responsibility and investigate the issue. The lady has been rigidly repeating the same thing that the order was delivered when I was begging her to at least provide me with the photograph of delivery so that I could spot the location. After a while, I stopped getting responses which show the support staff’s negligence towards customer issues.
I do not recommend this app at all as the probability of delivering your groceries is the bare minimum and the contact number provided online takes you nowhere and the email gets no responses.
In my case, the issue has been abandoned with no investigation. Please don't fall for this.

I LOVE Buggy
I have seen the bad reviews people have written and have no idea what area they are in but that has NOT been my experience. I have been using Buggy for about 3 months now. I usually place fairly large orders once a week and the only trouble I had was when I didn't get the "buy-one-get-one". When I contacted Buggy customer service, they not only immediately responded and explained that was because I had not selected 2 for the number of product I wanted but, contacted a driver and within 1 hour had everything I ordered incorrectly delivered to me at no additional fee. The drivers are always friendly and I have never had an issue with the meat or produce they select.
I certainly appreciate having more time to do other things besides spending it in the grocery store.

Buggy is the best
I love all of Buggy products. Prices are far better than other grocery stores. Shopping in stores is safe with wide isles and ordering online I get my groceries within 3 hours.
Why have the app?
Can’t view the weekly ads in the app anymore. It directs you to the online version. Going to delete now.
