Search bar difficult to use

Good information, but search bar is incredibly hard to use, once I type 3 letters It will force me out of typing mode and show me results, if I wanted to type more letters to finish my word, I can only type one letter at a time because it will force me out of typing mode every time I type a letter. This makes it very cumbersome to search for specific things. I find myself trying to find things by going through the categories instead.

Poor User interface

The user interface on bugs and drugs 1.0 was better. This one is clunky, text size looks weird on screens.

Auto Correct

The search bar is almost useless as autocorrect is never right when spelling these bugs. Very frustrating.

Strong resource, poor execution

Great resource. Have been using the paper copy for years since medical school.

This app has a very frustrating autocorrect rendering the search function almost unusable. Please get rid of the autocorrect or make it more usable. If changed, will be willing to change review.

Typing

Honestly, the autocorrect is horrible. If that was fixed I would give it a 5, but it’s unbearable. You have to erase your word about 4 times before it lets you type the one you want!

Typing issue

Great app, but as others have said when typing it autocorrects to something else incorrect and makes searching very difficult.

Long-standing typing issue

Love the content all contained in the app but there’s been a long-standing issue for nearly a year: anytime I am typing letters into the search bar it seems to autocorrect to letters other than what I’ve typed to create a nonsensical word. This makes searching anything a huge pain. Any plans to fix this?

Version 2.0

Excellent resource for information but the layout and interface of version 2.0 are terrible. I find it a lot harder to read at a glance than the old version, and it seems slower to load results. Hopefully this gets fixed with the next update.

The definitive resource

This is THE definitive resource for antimicrobial prescribing in Alberta, now available in a readily-accessible form. The fact that it is free (for a limited time) is such a kind gesture and appreciated!
