Love it, but needs some tweaking

First off, I unlocked all the upgrades minus the territory, I got to level 6 and when I beat that level it ended up crashing and resetting all my progress. I love the game too much to be mad at it. All of the simplistic art style and midi music has a charm to it. Been following the ant games this developer has put out and have been loving them all.
The game is simple, tap the bugs that fly by to knock them out the air for your ants to feast on.
More ants come out until your screen is filled with them. Getting upgrades allows faster bug spawns and defense against the predators that all too rarely show up to kill your ants.

The game is beatable within a day, and I enjoy watching all the ants simultaneously path find to the bugs that I swat out the air, to bring them back to the anthill.

A few suggestions, however...

I have always loved doing a glitch with this developers games once I reach near end game.

Occasionally spiders and mantis come around to fight the ants, but you can leave the game open, and come back to it later to have all the events in the game happen at once! In the older games, this sorted out the different types of ants and you could see them forming lines on the minimap.

I wish this could be intentionally done, so that you can spawn waves of enemies on command to see your ants all do their thing.

Also it is mesmerizing to just watch the main menu demo hand play the game. I’d like to see this feature in the main game, as an upgrade.

Love the work coming from this developer. Check it out if you are a fan of Ant sim and any Gamemaker programs. It has that feel to it.
