The app didn’t even have my drone one star
Good when it works
It is really hard to get it to connect to my Altair Outlaw drone. Sometimes it will connect and sometimes it won’t. Looking for another app now!
No internet connection to phone
Well I have the drone connected to the controller and has the bars but I can’t get the internet aka the bugs and drone internet to connect to the app. I mean I can still fly the drone but I wanna see what the drone is seeing so can u like tell me why it isn’t connecting to the app?

Won’t connect to my iPhone 8. Is this why the manual says to use M RC pro cos you know it doesn’t work???? You are still selling the drones so you should be updating the app !!!!!!

Well the RTH didn’t work today
I had the my bugs 4w out for a flight and the RTH did not work. I lost my drone. I am upset because I think it was a failure on the RTH feature. The app has not been connecting like it used to. I am NOT going to be buying anymore Bugs products. As much as I have enjoyed my 4 bugs drones, I think they are starting to cost me. If you are downloading this app for the first time and have a new Bugs drone, do yourself a favor and consider returning it before you fly it and it fails.

So I’m connected to the drones Wi-fi, but the app shows no drone connected even though I am connected! Useless
When it does work the app says it’s disconnected even though I am connected, I have to skip the silly how to steps every time I start up the app, it’s just annoying to use

Causes drone to crash
Once the app takes control the drone flys away then crashes.
Last update crashes and connection camera error
This update crashes and doesn’t connect back to the camera most times. Bugs 2w. Please fix this.
Ok but needs work
The app works But in drops out Mitch often.
It will not stay contented it drops out and to many clutches I hope they plan on fixing this problem even as much as I like it hubsan has just came out with a new one that is much better with the app and WIFI contrition between the drone and phone.😒😡

Fot the price you paying it's a decent app, but for the price of the drone I would like to see more modes like follow me or flight plan mode! Also I would like some settings for the camera, and I think there should be an area that tells you your distance away or something... anyways hope you update the app! Thank you!
