Brilliant app for anyone in construction
This app is very easy to use and really accessible. It’s a great reference tool that enables you to quickly access guidance docs to the building regulations, very handy for a busy architect like me!

Login and pay subscription before you can see
Asked to pay subscrption before you have used or seen the layout.
Waste of time
It asks you to log in and then once you've done that it asks you to pay £12 for 1 years access before you can use the app. If you don't pay then you can't get passed this screen.
