Amazingly effective
After having my confidence knocked recently and not felt myself, I decided to give this a listen as I hadn’t done so in quite a while. After listening to track 1 once and track 2 twice, I can feel a noticeable difference. I am calmer and motivated, feel happier and more positive. Will be listening again tonight. Thank you Glenn, your hypnosis really is life changing.

Great app. Works well. I generally listen when heading to sleep and would like an option for that instead of app waking me at the end. But still all good.

Flabbergasted!!!
I don't fall asleep easily, so I never expected that I would do so listening to Mr. Harold's voice in these recordings. Yet this is exactly what happens EVERY SINGLE TIME that I use this app. Never have I made it all the way to the end of a recording and remembered what all he has said. It's as though there is a point at which my mind closes and his words become sealed within. I reach the bottom of a staircase and am supposed to go to my own little happy place and I remember nothing else. I am not sure what effect it is having on my self esteem as of yet, but I am confident that, with continued use, I will see results! I think some pretty amazing stuff may be in store!

Glen horrold thank you, this app has done something to me that has changed the way I look at myself, I've always been quite negative about myself I'm always putting myself down and never stop thinking why did I do that or say that! Basically my self esteem was on the floor, I've been listening to this app for 5 days now and I'm stronger and after 18 years of putting myself down every day I have not once done it over the last few days, the breathing technic just seems to take over me if I start feeling stressed and I come out the end just fine, I've told my sis in law about this app cause it works, I can't thank you enough for helping me...
