Can’t do much either this app and not very user friendly. Seems very amateurish.
Noticeable changes
It’s clearly visible that the staff looking after 155 Rive Boises are doing a good job and the new lobby renovation is quite startling. Thank you

The app it wasn’t working properly since a couple of months ago today it shows à new update now the app it doesn’t even open 🤯

They deleted my account
What is going on? I've been using this app to pay my bill and now they suddenly erased my account. The Building Stack app doesn't allow me to sign in or recovery my password. It just says that my account doesn't exist and I can't pay my bill
Too Many App Crashes
Every single time that I try to open a new ticket the app crashes when selecting options using the “wheel” dials that the app uses.
This has been going on since forever. Also, the form fields always default to lowercase at the start of a sentence. Come on!

Garbage App
Not user friendly. Can’t even open a ticket without it crashing.
Payment
Tried to set up online payment using bank account. My bank doesn’t send me the confirmation code to identify my transaction. Tried twice didn’t work.
Insatisfaite
Problème pour enregistrer mes informations bancaires, je veux le retrait dans mon compte chèque, mais il faut que je recommence à chaque mois d’entrée mes informations bancaires sinon il est automatiquement retiré dans mon compte épargne. Quand je demande de l’aide ils me répondent d’entrer mes infos manuellement et d’enregistrer, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais fait.

Terrible app
I used to be able to pay my rent now I can’t even access the account. I tried to reset the password but it doesn’t send me the link to reset to my email.

Can’t even sign up
This app is like an unfinished student project. I can’t even sign up because after clicking on the activate account prompt, it just displays a blank page… Please fix the bugs that people are requesting to be fixed

This is the worst app ever it does not work. And when it does work, it is slow AF. I don’t know why this exists but it’s very stressful. Trying to use this. Maybe superintendents need to stop being lazy and contact people like you’re supposed to instead of these stupid apps.

I can’t even sign up
New to a apartment building which uses this app, have tried to sign up since oct 3rd and it just keeps saying someone will get in touch with me shortly…. Guess shortly is never because, they never contact you. So I guess if I have a problem with my apartment I’m royally screwed. Thanks!
Update: we are now match 10th and I have tried 52 times and have even called support. I hate this app!
