Buildster Inc.

Buildster is a deficiency and QC app built for construction teams. Blueprints, photos, tasks and quality control all live in one place, so your crews stop chasing information across texts, emails and spreadsheets. Buildster connects field crews to real-time task delegation, live checklists, photos, deficiencies and site communication, right from the blueprints your team already works from. WHAT'S INSIDE Eight purpose-built features covering blueprints, tasks, photos, deficiencies, checklists and team communication, all organized by project. Blueprint Viewer: Shared access for the whole team, with favourites and search built in. Task Pinning: Pin tasks directly to blueprint locations, @mention teammates, and track completion. Photo Linking: Drop directional photo markers on your blueprints so documentation stays tied to where the work happened. Photo Gallery: A shared project gallery with colour tags and keyword search, so photos are easy to find later. Inspections: Run deficiency walkthroughs, batch and deliver issues automatically, and get daily completion reports. Notes & Lists: Shared checklists with a full completion history for the whole crew. Team Messaging: Project group chats and direct messages, organized by project instead of scattered across personal phones. No App Required: Crew members without the app get SMS links to reply and close out items from a browser. Everything flows back into Buildster. BUILT FOR TRADE CONTRACTORS, GCS AND HOME BUILDERS Whether you're a trade contractor coordinating a crew, a multi-family GC formalizing your QC and deficiency closeout process, or a home builder bringing process to the field without enterprise complexity and cost, Buildster gives your team one tool for tasks, blueprints, QC and communication. Unlimited users on one flat subscription. No per-seat fees, no matter how big your crew gets or how often it changes. Learn more at buildsterapp.com
