Simple, effective
This is a good resource for Bulgarian-to-english translation, and vice versa. The layout is simple and it's fairly comprehensive. My go-to resource for translation when I need it.
Great dictionary tool that is rich and easy to use
great dictionary with fun games and flash cards for better learning. there is pronunciation for a small fee. Rarely I see words that are missing from this dictionary such as "revenant"

Waste of time
Inaccurate and incomplete entries, full screen adverts, poor choice of dictionary words. Just don't bother.
Not what I was wanting
This app might be helpful for Bulgarians learning English, but is not so helpful for me. I was hoping it would be useful in my efforts at learning Bulgarian. Unfortunately, the default settings that all daily and random words are in English means that it is less useful in testing my understanding of Bulgarian. Oh well.

Full page ads require force close
Move the "close" button on full page ads. It is covered by the iPad title bar and requires a force close to clear the ad. I can never get a fair test of the app.
