Poor packaging, inflexible customer service
I’ve used Bulk Supplements for years, but their packaging quality has declined significantly. The products now often arrive in torn or flimsy bags that are hard to store and dispense. I frequently order in bulk and do not always notice the damage right away, yet the company will only compensate for issues reported within seven days of delivery, which means any later-discovered damage is my loss. Given the ongoing packaging problems and inflexible policy, I’ll be looking for a new supplier.

Their products generally work, however I had an issue with one of their products and they did not let me post a negative review of it on their site, and refused to address my concerns.

Can’t login
After verifying my account the app still couldn’t recognize my login. I had to use the mobile browser to complete my purchase. I was able to login to my account through the browser. The mobile browser page needs help too but at least I was able to complete the order.
Glitch on the app

App doesn’t work & website is garbage but that’s the only store.
I am a small business manager looking to carry some of the all natural process they carry. They are an online only store but app doesn’t work & when I tried to search on website, search bar wouldn’t work. When I attempted to call & see what I should do, the operator told me that there have been no reports & if I needed their products I can get them from Walmart or Amazon. Lost my business.

LOVE the supplements, hate the app and the process of checking out.
This app makes me feel like I question the security of my personal information. I have a login with password but I get an email link to login. I then get a text message from “shop” app, automatically tracking my purchase. I don’t like it.
Subscription modification
I used to be able to adjust my Subscriptions so that I got them as I needed them, up to 6 months apart.
Now I can’t seem to even stumble across where I can edit them.

Can’t create an account on the app
The app doesn’t allow you to create an account. Keeps telling you, “incorrect email or password”, even when everything is correct. Hence, one star.
Terrible
Disappointed. Sign up process is bad, demands to make sure I cannot make my password match and then when I forget my password it rejects my email as being incorrect even though it’s valid on the website

I’ve been buying my supplements from BulkSupplements for years. I love that they are clean and natural with no fillers and extra stuff I don’t want/need. They are always here fast and their app is easy to use.

I am able to log in on the website but the app continues to say incorrect password or incorrect email. I have activated and confirmed my email and still no luck. I would not waste my time downloading this app
Killed on shipping!
Although the quality of your products and packaging is excellent, I feel that the cost of shipping has made a purchase very difficult. Especially when I can go to a local store and not have to pay that shipping cost. I nevertheless did purchase, but not after letting the product sit in my cart no less than three separate times.

Bulk supplements “will not” allow any returns. There is a customer service, yet never any response to quiries about past purchases and or returns or credit. Use extreme caution and don’t expect any response to your quiries about their products. “WARNING”

If you choose a quantity of a product that they don’t have in stock, you won’t find this out until AFTER you have entered your payment details, and then, the app will wipe out all of the information you just wasted your time entering, so you have to freaking do it ALL OVER AGAIN!
