About

Bull Terrier Rescue Network is the home for the bull terrier rescue community. Whether you are looking to adopt, you already have a bully at home, or you help run a rescue, this is built for the breed and the people who show up for it. FIND A DOG Browse adoptable bull terriers from rescues across North America, all in one place. See the dogs that need homes with their age, location, and story, and connect directly with the rescue caring for them. No middlemen, no fees. A REAL COMMUNITY Bull terriers are stubborn, high energy, and deeply loyal, which makes the first weeks home hard. The forum is built for exactly that, with breed-specific help on: Settling in Health and medical, including skin, allergies, and breed conditions Behavior and training Transport and coordinating runs What to do before you return your dog Events, meetups, and adoption days These are real people who adopted a bull terrier, hit the same walls you are hitting, and kept their dog. Not a helpline, not a Facebook group. FOR RESCUES If you run a bull terrier rescue, get your dogs in front of people already looking for the breed. Listing is free and always will be. WHY WE BUILT THIS Bull terriers are surrendered at higher rates and adopted more slowly than most breeds, often because people do not understand them. Bull Terrier Rescue Network exists to change that, to help good dogs find the right homes and help those homes stick. Rescue. Adopt. Community.

What's New in Bull Terrier Rescue Network

1.2.1

Posts for a rescue Adopted from a rescue on the network, or have a question for them? When you start a discussion, pick the rescue and they'll be notified. Posts for a rescue show a "For" label that opens that rescue's dogs. Also new - Links to dogs, rescues and forum threads inside posts now stay in the app. - Adopt invites you to turn on new-dog alerts. - Photos in forum posts now appear where they sit in the story, and paragraphs keep their spacing. - Your new thread opens as soon as you post. If a post needs a moderator's review, the app tells you. - Your votes show as a filled thumbs-up, blocking someone hides their posts everywhere, and bookmarks stay with your own account. - Pull to refresh a thread, clearer hints when a post or reply is too short, and a clear note when a dog has been adopted. - Easier to read: stronger text and button colors, better layouts at the largest text sizes, and VoiceOver improvements. - Plus fixes for staying signed in, photo uploads, notifications and editing your profile.
