Won’t scan checks
I would love the mobile deposit feature, however only certain checks work. My husband gets a vehicle allowance check every month, and every month, I try it, just in case , but nope… off to the bank for me. And the sad part is, it worked on the previous app much better.
App update
Love this new app! Does everything I need including Bill pay, external and internal transfers, scheduling transfers, depositing a check etc. Also love the refreshed experience!

Can’t even pay bills on this new app. At least the old app you could.

The new BDFCU app allows member to member transfers, bill pay, password resets, plus if you login through the website, you can use the new friends and family feature to give a trusted family member access to view or transfer for you

Once more you get a new app and still no member to member transfer’s , that’s just stupid why would you not have that , once more disappointed
