Joke of an app/company
Horrible login, never worked half of the time and would have to reach out to support constantly and whatever they would fix would end up breaking again the next day. Application looks like it is from the 90’s, very hard to use. Company has one simple job of clocking time and expenses a fails miserably. 0 stars!

Useless
Took me 30 minutes just to get everything going because it kept asking me to do it all over and once I finally got it going the app kicks me out and closes I rebooted my phone i even tried using another device and it still does the same thing the app does not open pass the log in facial recognition. Because it kicks you out

Can't login from first screen
ATM, I can't login from first screen, so there's way to use face id. The login failed saying to check internet connection.

Randstad, should use another service. Heck Quick Book is better then this app. You can login via the website or the app. So you can’t even get paid because of the problems this app creates. Useless and pathetic services. I’m documenting my hours and I better get my money or else.

Why and how is this the app they picked
This app has never allowed me to log into it I even tried getting help from the company I work for to figure out how and why I’m not able to log into the app I have todo it online and I just can’t understand why this is still the app and company are employers chooses I truly find it extremely hard to believe someone hasn’t built a better working and actually functioning app that’s easy to use this app needs to be replaced asap I wouldn’t have to struggle to input my hours every day or week just like everyone else is having to deal with should be a very fast simple task for us to input are hours so we are able to get paid not have to stress and worry if we will be able to even login or if they will actually get saved and sent in for payroll it’s time to retire this app already and upgrade

Horrible App
Not easy to use, sometimes I have to log in two or three times to hike in using the App to input my hours. Other times it completely forgets my username and password even though I’m constantly checking the remember me option. Hit the back button= it logs you out, try to reset = it logs you out. Make a mistake, it will probably log you out. Been dealing with this horrible App for a few years now and it’s so aggravating it’s on the top of my list of reasons to stop travel nursing and take a regular staff job. I really dislike this App…

Poor functionality
It is extremely annoying that the app only occasionally remembers me despite checking that box every single time I login. Maybe this app is not apple friendly? It also does not have an option for faceid. Maybe you could update the app or make it apple friendly so I am not having to enter my username and password every single time I use the app?
