Nice people
Very nice people. Talked to one of owners a couple days ago. He answered phone on Sunday and could not have been nicer. He did his best to help me. He answered my question and even spent a few minutes talking to me about idea to make it easier to win auctions from other professional dealers using apps to outbid beginner coin collectors. Andrew was very nice and friendly for a busy man. Thank you again.

When there is no bids and you’re the first person to bid on a coin and you’re first bid says you were outbid and then the higher you bit it continues to say you have been outbid but there were NO BIDS TO BEGIN WITH! Think I’m done with this site!!!!!

Haven’t received my coin
I haven’t received or heard anything from anyone about my coin I won on Jan. 4th!!!
Over charging
I bid $135 and my credit card was charged 177.35 a difference of 42.35$ even if they charged for shipping of $9.99 that shouldn’t be $177.35. I’ve called customer service, the guy asked for my number and told me that someone would call me back for the updates and shipping tracking. Still no call back. Poor customer service.

Coin auction
Nice set of coins for sale. Good customer service too. However, this site does not give you any details of the coin. Just a picture of it and what it is. If you have a question about a coin or a set or what is the difference, no details of it or why. You have to contact them one by one each time. Along with either calling or email which takes way to long.

I am told that the company doesn’t have an account with my email and won’t log me in.
