Don’t believe the bots
Objectively one of the worst apps ever. If you want marriage or kids, good luck trying to get it cause it’ll never happen. Despite what people say in the reviews, I found my hubby. I found my click click. Those are bots. Those are not real people. They are bought and paid for by bumble. I mean 95% of this app which is verified 95% of this app is just AI chat bots Eesh.

Not Ideal for Men
Despite being marketed as an app geared towards having women reach out first, in my experience it's been extremely tough. The opening questions are kind of a weird icebreaker thing and it's formatted in a very socially awkward non flirtatious way. Other than that, you have to wait for the woman to reach out first and I've only had that happen a couple of times. I'm honestly not putting too much blame on the app, I do like the idea of it but the women are so scared to actually reach out and the ones that do seem to be extremely flaky/ghosty. Also in my area there seems to be a ton of stuck up/preppy girls and not too many down to earth and chill individuals compared to other apps I've used. All personal experience but this is how I feel.

Pay, pay for everything
This is like a video game you get but have to buy loot crates to advance. Be very careful what you’re actually paying for…I thought I was getting advanced filters…oh wait, that’ll be another $100 (emphasis on sarcasm). No wonder everyone is single lol.
Doesn’t work without a Phone number verification!
I have been using the app for quite some time, and out of the blue today it asked for a phone number verification, and since it’s stuck on a “verify your phone number” page with no other option to continue otherwise; I can’t use the app at all if I don’t complete the phone verification. My profile is already verified with uploaded photos and live picture so I don’t understand why my phone number is suddenly treated as necessary requirement or why it’s the only option.. From a privacy and PII perspective this feels intrusive and heavy-handed. Even if Bumble claims my phone number isn’t shared with anyone it’s still shared with Bumble for verification and stored in a database. That’s still personal data being collected and retained (for what purposes ?). It doesn’t feel private in practice! Because of that. I want to request the deletion of my profile and all the data since I find the amount of information they ask for and this access issues very disturbing.

This app engages in a very popular trend on TikTok and YouTube of gangstalking people. If you start seeing a lot of fake profiles, a lot of matches, and conversations where they start ghosting you out of nowhere, or long conversations that lead to nowhere, or if you do get a date, you start seeing a table next to you in a romantic restaurant of nothing but guys, and you see people staring at you from every direction. It is not a coincidence; you are being gangstalked by a lot of people. The girls will start acting out, and it will not work out even if you make them laugh the whole time and you can tell they are interested. Their mission is to mess with your mind, and you will be like, 'How come it did not work out? We had a great time.' They are probably getting kickbacks and doing this on purpose. It is not you; it is part of their hatred plan. Anyway, if you start seeing these red flags, do not engage, or engage with caution — you are being gangstalked. Search everything about gangstalking on YouTube and TikTok; these people are sick. ✌️
