Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs!Paid for a premium subscription and they blocked my account immediately after with zero explanation. I have emailed customer support multiple times and they completely ignore me. They stole my money and refuse to communicate. 0/10.

Lifetime Subscription Lie
Don’t sign up for the lifetime subscription, they don’t honor it. And when I tried to chat with customer service about my lifetime subscription it then say someone will email me back in 7 days which is another lie. Lifetime subscription should mean just that based on your phone number and/or email. But it’s not. Shady way of doing business knowing I can’t get a refund from them or Apple.

App not working
The app is great if it worked, once you match with someone from your liked section, they disappear and the app fails to create a chat. Which is the whole point of this app, to connect. they’ve been having this issue since May and haven’t fixed it yet, that’s a long time!
Any other option
Easily the worst dating app. Super low volume, unskippable ads, awful plans
Tinder, Bumble and Feeld are better
I get way more likes and dates on these apps.
Just like the other apps
Two things. First they changed how you interact with people on this app. I joined so that women made the first move. Now that anybody can make the first move, women no longer do. The second thing is anytime you do try to message anybody the app crashes, it’s absolutely useless.
Not a safe space for LGBT
my bio was removed for violating community guidelines after being part of my profile for at least a year. I described myself as gender fluid person looking for lgbt allies and new connections. Is this how you treat all your lgbt users? Instantly deleted my account.

Too expensive
$20 bucks and you can’t even do a height preference. Gotta pay even more. Paid with card, so I couldn’t cancel with my iPhone, couldn’t cancel via their website since they are app only. Now I gotta call these losers. Never using this app again.

It is disgusting that bumble lets men and trannies claim to be women and this falls under what I’m searching for.

Deceitful and Held Back Likes
I had paused my profile to not be shown anymore for more than a week. I went through the likes as I had paid for a month subscription. I cancelled the auto renew but THE DAY my subscription was no longer active I had 100+ likes show up LITERALLY 6 hours later from when I last checked (11 pm none, massive likes 5 am). I had some trickle in over the pause but not the spike.
This is a manipulative practice to get people to pay more. I might have kept my subscription if I knew there were more people liking me. I got A TON of people from other states where I hadn’t visited and said I didn’t want.
Dating apps are the worst but this experience is by far the most obvious in its BS. Go to Hinge or Tinder over this.
