Takes too long to open
I have 17 pro max and i have given all the permission to app but app takes too long open sometimes more then 2 minutes every app works fine except this one.
Barely works
App only loads sometimes. Rest of the time just freezes on the logo screen. Totally pointless trying to use it

Set up the entire account, liked profiles, got excited — and then I’d have to pay a subscription to actually talk to people. What a rip off
Technical issues
I’ve had this app and it was working so well but for the last year I’m unable to load up the app unless I delete the app and reinstall it again super frustrating and such a shame they won’t fix this bug.. despite being reported.

I’ve used this app many times over the years and have loved it. I’ve made a few life long friends on here but now that I have moved I am feeling more alone than ever so thought I’d give this another go. But for some reason there seems to be a bug meaning I cannot open the app at all. It just stays on the yellow loading screen.

This app only ever works when it wants to, so frustrating I have a decent WiFi and data signal, so I don’t know what the problem is, but I have to keep removing and reinstalling in the hope the app which actually let me in. I have an iPhone 16 and up to date with the latest software maybe the app needs an upgrade or update to match?

Scam for money
I’ve spent all evening creating a profile just to find out that you have to pay to see who has liked you & start a conversation. Such a rip off and not authentic at all.
App glitches
I have downloaded the app over five times now and it glitches every time. It keeps saying I need to update my profile photo, no matter how many times I do, it keeps sending me in a loop, I can’t use the app at all.
App not consistently functional
Unfortunate as the app won’t work consistently. I’ve made connections but unable to keep chat and follow through because of how unreliable this app is. Sad waste of potential. *BFF app on iPhone 13, basic plan

Does anyone even use this app??hardly even get any matches, and because I’m on the free version, I can’t see the ones who HAVE liked/want to match with me. Also you should be able to type in a search bar, a specific interest like “sport” and people with those specific interests pop up in your swiping, cause I’m not getting people who like my interests so much. Also the swipe is SO sensitive that I accidentally swipe right on people I don’t intend too!!

It’s ok
One minute it works then it dont
Takes ages to load
It takes ages to load and slow and buggy.
Riddled with bugs
App takes about 5 minutes to load when you first go onto it and sometimes it just doesn’t open at all.
App wont open
Ive had the app for a while and it’s been fine, not it wont let me open the app. Ive tried literally everything but cant get it to work.
Malfunctioning
App doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t let you login. You have to delete the app and reinstall it every time you want to login
Lots of low hanging fruit
The idea behind this app is great but it needs some love. Managing chats is really cumbersome for example, if I go back through the list, open a chat and then close it again, it resets to the top of the list.
Lots of bugs have existed for a long time, like sometimes if I start to close a chat but then cancel it (i.e start dragging but decide not to), then the whole UI freezes and I can’t focus the search field, scroll the chat, open the profile, go back; nothing.
Oh and certain network providers like 3 block it behind an adult content filter so you can’t use it off WiFi or without a VPN.

When I can get into the app it works really well, however it seems to take a day to load! I am forever stuck on the home page so can’t actually meet anyone as I can’t log in!

this app used to be fine but whenever i have tried to use it in the past few months it takes so long to load that there is no point using it. what a shame
Features Broken - No Support
App would be better if it actually worked. Has had a problems since april in regards to seeing what kind of events are happening in your area. Have reached out maybe 5 times to support with no reply.
