Love this app
Bump is such a fun app! A bunch of my friends and I downloaded it before the summer to stay in touch. I’ve been using it daily, bumping into my friends while we’re all across the world. An aspect I love is you can talk to your friends when you don’t know who exactly to call. It’s less personal than FaceTiming, you can just send out a bump and any friend you’ve added can decide to pick up and hang out. I love it! ♥️♥️

I’ve added student organizations, friends, and mutuals on this app and it’s honestly brought me so much closer to a lot of people in my life that I otherwise probably wouldn’t have bumped into as easily. Because notifications get sent out so spontaneously, you run into people at random moments in their day - and so you get to see a little sliver of what goes on in their lives at moments that you normally wouldn’t get to see, and you can catch up with them about how they’re doing. It really makes you so much more aware of how everyone else has their own life that they’re living too, and I think that’s why it’s so easy to go from “someone you’ve kind of just seen around” to a good friend on Bump: because you’re interacting with people in their worlds and getting to know them better!
