Not user friendly
Once you hit “join a school” and put in a school, if the school doesn’t have enough people on the app it’ll say “waiting for X more potential bunky’s to sign up to unlock your community” and there is literally no way to get out of it and go back to the main page. I tried refreshing and I even tried deleting and redownloading the app, it didn’t work.

continues to charge me months after deleting my account
I originally downloaded this in april to look for a roomate. i bought bunky pro and paid for it, and when I was done, i deleted my account. however, i have been charged twice now. i have gone out of my way to contact their customer support for months and have received emails saying that they cannot access the charges to cancel them because my account is unable to be located. i am at the point where I have to go through my bank to block the charges and possibly get a new card.

Cool but hella buggy
It shows me the same person I already liked if I refresh, making it so I have to use two likes on the same person. If I like them the first time and then pass them the second time, they are deleted from my like history. And the same person appears in both the roommate section and the friends section which makes no sense because there isn’t a way to differentiate between whether you got matched as a roommate or a friend yet. These aren’t minor issues so I’d give it a 4/5 for now because honestly the potential is super high and it’s already fulfilling some expectations :)

Annoying AI Art Cluttering the App
The app itself is okay I guess. I just wish it wasn’t heavily reliant on subscriptions in order to utilize it. I really like how to profiles are set up, but it is nearly impossible to get a match. The app is also filled with AI art which is very clunky and hard to look at. I wish the creator just paid real artists or didn’t include images at all.

I was loving the app until I got a roommate request on it and it gave me no option to accept or deny it and now I can no longer message people because that won’t go away
