does not authenticate or send otp. One of the worst app. The service quality is very poor and slow. Authentication does not work. I had to go back and forth to the local branch to get the app activated. It is better to not install this app unless the team figure out
I recommend this app despite some limitations
The features are helpful to ease making payments and transfers. The response time is moderate. The feature which allows users to add beneficiaries is really great to manage regular payments such as rent.
Don’t download it worse application
U could even sign in or create new account it is a disgrace for a big bank like this to no focus on little things
