Find My Planogram Pilot

Planograms loaded into the app seems to be working well so far and very handy for in aisle.
Using camera to scan barcodes for labels still seems to be very buggy as it constantly just uses the last scanned product

Please look at the camera function

Big issues with the camera not opening after scanning 3 items and the shelf labels app scanning item not recognising the and taking you back to the select screen makes of app very clunky

Gets worse and worse

Every update becomes more unusable and crashing just increases. Job now take twice as long due to app taking forever to do anything plus the crashing. So full of bugs, scan an item multi times for it to revert to previous screen when it finally scans

I don’t think they have ever used it themselves

When entering in a IN number and then searching, if you want to put in another IN number, you have to go all the way back and then come in to search again. This is because the box for entering the text disappears if you have to enter another number in after your first search. They tested this app, right? Right??

Power Drain issues

Current update is causing very high power drain.

Labels Issues

About 1 in 4 times when trying to scan a barcode for a label, it automatically uses the last item scanned. So then you have to delete the label and try again. Fix this please.

Latest update is a straight downgrade.

Previous version had a snappy camera barcode scanner that worked great. This latest update has reverted to a scanner that barely works. So much time wasted just trying to scan things.

They also removed a basic “add location” feature in the shelf label section if the item you scanned is already located. So now you have to select a previous location, select done, select add location, select new location, select done then go back and cancel the original one. You used to just scan an item and select “new location”, why have they made this needlessly more tedious?

I’m sure these issues would be considered “small” by many, but for those that rely on this app for their job where efficiency is key, it’s very frustrating when updates make things LESS efficient.

Full of bugs - painful to use

This App was working fine until the update recently.
You point the camera at the item you to scan. If doesn’t scan it within a few seconds, then it won't scan, so you have to close the camera off & try again. ( very time consuming.) sometimes when you scan products / barcodes in procurement mode it will scan & then all of a sudden after scanning the product, it will switch over to print ticket mode & ask for a ticket size, Making you having to reset the App :-/ This app constantly crashes freezes up, and it’s full of bugs & you have to constantly reset / shut app down & start again.
Very frustrating.

Poor

They to tight to update doesn't even deserve 1 star

Buggy - app crashes

This app is extremely buggy and consistently crashes and force restarts.

Point camera at the item you want to scan. If you don’t scan it within 2 seconds it won’t scan and you must close the camera and try again.
Very frustrating to use.
App was working fine before the update recently. 🤔

Scanning

Needs update as having trouble scanning, have to keep going out of app and back I. To scan products.

Frustrating

Times when it crashes as we are under pressure and on a deadline to create an order. It makes using this app very frustrating. Why does this always happen on a Monday morning?

Needs fixing

Constantly tells me I’m not in store. Even when I’m here for hours.
Freezes and needs reloading.

Would be great if it didn’t freeze all the time

Better than the old system but load times are abysmal and it constantly freezes while scanning products in. Also tells me I’m not in a store half way through an order and I have to close app and restart phone to get it to work.

The app is getting worse for a few weeks now.

Bunnings needs to fix this, we’re taking longer time to do the orders 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Okay

Good when it works but slow and can’t figure out that I’m in a store

Needs work

Better than the old apps, with some good features, but let down by a clunky interface.

Design issues:

No ability to save login details, or login with touch ID. Annoying, given the app logs itself out regularly.
The interface appearance is inconsistent between sections & often convoluted (e.g. in Procurement, you must press the “Cancel” button to NOT cancel your order).
Useful information is left out of sections (there is no way to see current SOH when in SOH Audit, or see a product’s bay location in Procurement).
You need to navigate back and forward through multiple pages and re-enter a fineline multiple times to manage a single product (e.g. if you see a SOH error while checking Min/Max, you must navigate 3 pages to SOH audit, re-enter the fineline, submit the SOH correction, then navigate all at the way back to resume).

Why not use a tabbed interface, where the fineline is entered once and you can then click one to select the tab you wish to view (e.g. Stock enquiry is one tab, Procurement is another, etc)?

Known Bugs:

Scanning a barcode will not work if you are in a subsection (e.g. in Procurement, the camera can be brought up at any time, but fails to scan a new barcode if you are in PO history or another subsection).
When submitting SOH corrections, 0 is not always correctly identified (will often give an error “count must be greater than zero”, despite 0 being accepted)
Occasional App freezing
No way to alter SOH audits once submitted, so you cannot make a correction if you find more stock elsewhere, or make an error.

Not bad needs some adjustments

This app is pretty good. I feel it could use some adjustments in particular the ability to correct SOH adjustments because I have found it can accidentally read the wrong barcode.

Needs a lot of work

Great app in theory and when it’s working it’s 5 star but unfortunately it has a bunch of issues and the app can come grinding to a halt during busier times with 10-15 second load times after scanning. SOH adjustments can be painful with the app freezing or telling you “count needs to be greater than zero” multiple times until it eventually accepts your changes.

If Bunnings could get on top of these bugs the app would be amazing

Useful tool! Well done Bunnings

Great for vendors to place orders now, don’t need to be on Bunnings Supven WiFi. Can use your mobile data, just need to have location while using app on to locate the store your in. Gets rid of procurement app and is a lot more faster and easier to use on my mobile device!
