Horrible Customer Service
I’ve reported this as a scam app to the App Store. They don’t actually pay out the gift cards you earn nor have a way to email them to fix the issue. Stay away from this app and others that this company do. Don’t trust them. Still waiting been a month no payout. It’s still pending.
Bunny Steps
Unsure of how to earn daily bunny steps and earn XP for the day. Hasn’t been going up adding the xp points since the day I’ve started. Please fix this right now or tell me what I am doing wrong. Daily streak is not working and continuing while I am opening the app every single day and at night syncing the number of steps

Never received my payout
I like the games on the app. But i never received my card after i cashed out. It’s saying still pending. At the moment I do not recommend downloading this app. I will update later if anything changes.

Claimed my first reward has been pending past the estimated completion date and no where to contact customer support…
Big SCAM
Has you watch videos. They get paid for that but they don’t pay us for that. Does not let you cash out and now it’s saying that I can’t sign into my account. This is after I done racked up $60. I think I’m gonna take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and maybe start a lawsuit.

I finally have enough for a payout and the app magically doesn’t work. It says to try again or sign out. Tried and still can’t get in.
I did everything right, watched all the ads just to be robbed of my time while the made money of my hard work and tracking me!

Funny that it suddenly says I’m using a VPN when I’m close to cash out the first time - even though I’m not - and I can’t get into the app! Avoid!!
Update - VPN error seems to have been solved, but now haven’t received my reward after redeeming it. Have emailed support.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Rated 5 stars for visibility ONLY. Real rating ZERO STARS. It worked fine the first time around. I was able to make a small cash out of $5. After that the app stopped crediting me for achievements earned through games. I tried to contact support on the app. No response. I tried to contact by email. It bounced back as an undeliverable email. It did allow me to attempt another cash out of my remaining balance. However when I try to check the status of that withdrawal I get a screen that says my account can’t be found. It’s too bad. I enjoyed this app when it worked.

Waste of time
Liked it at first. Cashed out once I hit $5. It said it would deliver my funds in an email even though I did PayPal. Never got an email after waiting a week. I sent an email to customer service days ago and it still says my funds are pending. I have never bothered writing a review on an app but figured if I can save someone from wasting their time, it’s worth it.

Never pays out. It's stuck on pending, though the estimated day for the payout to go through is long gone. I wrote customer service twice, but they claim you need to "activate" the form for it to be turned in, and they sent an email to accomplish that, but no email to "activate" the customer service issue form is ever received. It's a scam company. Time to start complaining to Apple to get this off the App Store.

This app is bogus. I’ve never been compensated for my reward that I submitted. It’s been 8 days now, and it still says pending.. I’ve contacted customer support 4 times and it keeps telling me to click on my email link to activate. I never receive an email from them. This app is 100% bogus go ahead and delete it.!!

Worked fine until account vanished
The app started out great, and I had earned enough to cash out $25. Then, out of nowhere, I got a white screen that said, “Could not load your profile,” with only two options: “Try Again” or “Sign Out.”
I tried both. When I signed back in using the same account information, it told me my account couldn’t be found. Just like that, everything was gone.
I don’t know if this is a glitch or if the app is a scam, but either way, it’s extremely disappointing. I spent my time using the app, only to lose access to my account right before cashing out. I hope this gets resolved, but based on my experience, I’d be very cautious.

Don’t download this app
I have tried to cash out twice and nothing. All the other apps I use send me my cards. This app doesn’t still says pending. This app does not pay you after all the work you do and the games you play waste of time.

This app is cute unique and is very easy to do try it. You earn your coins or earn money at the same time and actually exercise and burn calories.

Keeps saying I’m unable to log in and makes excuses to stop me logging in. Before was saying im on a vpn when I’m not

I found this thought I will try it I made enough points to get a gift card after that I lost all my points for no reason I waned to try that carrots lost more points I submitted another gift card still waiting I contacted them filled out all the information told me click the email which I never received this morning when I checked I lost all my coins from 6888 to 2075 I am really disappointed and no communication I am thinking of deleting
