I found this thought I will try it I made enough points to get a gift card after that I lost all my points for no reason I waned to try that carrots lost more points I submitted another gift card still waiting I contacted them filled out all the information told me click the email which I never received this morning when I checked I lost all my coins from 6888 to 2075 I am really disappointed and no communication I am thinking of deleting

I had 3,000 coins yesterday, i woke up this morning and found 645 only. I watched the videos and i watched the extra ones for 1,000 coins and i was credited but the next morning, you took almost all my couns away. You took my coins so i can’t cash out. After this i’m ignoring the app and you need to delete it. This is the fourth time i’ve told you to delete this account. Your email doesn’t work. Your customer support doesn’t work. I gave my email to be contacted. No email came. You’re a scam and a joke.

Couldn’t get rewards or scroll past menus due to update
When I opened the app I experienced major issues regarding unable to school rewards, social, couldn’t open profile settings, and couldn’t claim daily quest rewards. It made it almost broken. Whatever the menu in the app, please fix everything and make the menus scroll-able so that not only I have an ability to claim back on track, but to make others satisfied... More fool I.

Saying I have a vpn when I don't I use my own internet I've done a lot of apps for over a decade and this is the only app saying that your system is messed up fix it or be reported to apple

Email for support is not a legit email you get an instant email back saying it is fake. Cannot verify email for withdrawal no way to contact support just a straight up scam for your information.
Why can’t walking apps just be walking?
Why can’t walking apps just be about walking anymore? I don’t mind the occasional ad or the extra option to play games and earn more rewards but what are these carrots and carrot coins? I finally felt like I was accomplishing something with having earned almost 6k in. In carrot coins and then I accidentally buy ‘carrots’ for 5k and all my progress is gone. Plus, nothing tells me what these ‘carrots’ are for or what to do with them. Such a scam and waste of time.

Junk App
Been using the app consistently for a couple of weeks and then all the sudden it kicked me out. Now I can’t login at all and have lost all my progress.

The app is too new, still lots of issues and it is not clear in general terms:
- Add rewards do not track well
- Steps are sometimes not counted
- Not clear the usage of leveling up the bunny
- You have both carrot coins and carrots, with the second not being clear on its purpose. To add to this, there is no confirmation message if you use carrot coins to get carrots, so a single miss click can make you lose weeks of progress
- Last but no least, it's really hard to get support, and response is not existent
Long story short, avoid this app, there are at least 5 better ones that I have tried

When i was trying out this app and i had enough coins to redeem for a gift card... I was required to verify my email and when i tried verifying my email... I was giving some stupid error. At least it was worth a try but i done think i will be using this app again. Never in the million years.

Seems like a scam
My points keep disappearing. Each day points show up in the redeemed section and I never redeemed anything. I tried messaging support, but it says they sent me an email that I have to confirm to get my message to support sent, but their email never showed up

Points Randomly Redeemed?
I recently began using this app and my points have been randomly redeemed (now it says 650 points have been redeemed) and my active points have been going down? I emailed support and haven’t gotten a response back yet.

Not sure if this is a scam or not
Saw an ad for this app. Thought I would give it a try. Downloaded started to create an account. App told me I was doing something against the rules and blocked me. Reached out to support heard nothing back from them. Don’t waste your time on this app. I’d give them zero stars if possible.

Blocked after creating 1 new acct
It’s strange how I am getting a message informing me that my brand new acct, never accessing game, is “suspended for suspicious behavior”! I wasn’t sent an email asking me to register my acct either. What is going on?
