Salve, O sistema não existe em nenhum mecanismo que favoreça ou privilegie um jogo: as regras de força e a natureza casual se aplicam a todos. Não há razão para "ostacolare" um jogador em particular: a natureza do jogo depende de uma laje de cartas distribuída casualmente e da laje celta do jogo. Lo Staff di Burraco e Pinelle ♥♦♣♠

Frustrating and stacked against the player
The whole game is heavily stacked against the player in every way, including the distribution of wild cards. In almost every hand the computer has infinitely more wild cards than the player ( usually 6/8 to the player’s 0, 1 or if lucky 2 - and this virtually every hand
I think you need to review the programming, it’s obviously very unsophisticated and really spoils what should an enjoyable game. One last example why always put a card on the first column from the left when it could be better used on a different column. It all seems so silly

Olá, garantimos que não existe nenhum mecanismo que favoreça ou prejudique qualquer jogador: as mesmas regras e aleatoriedade se aplicam a todos. Não teríamos motivos para "atrapalhar" nenhum jogador em particular: o resultado das partidas depende apenas das cartas distribuídas aleatoriamente e das escolhas do jogo. Equipe Burraco e Pinelle

Dumb computer partner. There is Jack, 10, 9 of hearts on our board. My computer partner then lays down 7, 6, joker as hearts as a separate run. It should have been Jack, 10, 9, joker, 7, 6.

My computer hardly ever plays cards. All I ask is for my computer to play at the same level as my two computer opponents.
There is a difference between having the computer partner play a medium level and a stupid level.

Capisco la frustrazione, soprattutto considerando che la situazione va avanti da tempo e che non hai ancora ricevuto supporto efficace. Al momento il gioco in sé non presenta rallentamenti generali, quindi potrebbe trattarsi di un problema legato alla tua connessione ad internet. Ti suggerisco di contattare il tuo gestore internet e di esporgli il problema. Se non dovessi risolvere contattando il gestore ti chiedo cortesemente, se puoi, di fornirci qualche dettaglio in più (orari in cui succede più spesso, eventuali messaggi d’errore), così possiamo indagare più a fondo e cercare una soluzione concreta. Greetings, the computer doesn't play very well because it is designed for those who want to learn to play and are beginners and we didn't want the computer to be too skilled. If you are already an expert I suggest you play online against real players and if you want you can select the best ones by creating a table with filters or selecting them in the Table List.
