Keep an eye on all conversations that your agents and bots handle in real-time. When you see a good lead that fits your buyer profile, seize the moment and take control of the conversation on the app. See more information about each visitor, including their city, country, zip code, and other qualifying facts, and allocate chats to your coworkers based on the visitors' replies. Without a PC or laptop, search and locate any lead or discussion while on the go.
