Forgot about my app order. 1 hour 45 minutes wait
The time given on the app is an hour. It’s always an hour and never changes. After 70 minutes I called up. They had to ask all my details as they couldn’t see the order. Then said it’ll be another half hour which I said was a joke. They then said it’ll be another was busy, but clearly they missed my order and only started cooking it after I called. No offer of money back, vouchers for next time, an added extra with my food. Nothing. 1 hour 45 minutes after my order was made!!! Poor service!
