BURG Service App

An account in the BURG lock app is required to use this app. Actions within this app can only be carried out after authorisation, which can be requested within the app for the desired locks. If necessary, a BURG lock can be reset to the factory settings if the assigned Main Admin card is no longer available. It is also possible to request detailed log files, which requires authorisation. These log files allow every action of the lock to be reflected, retraced and assigned to a specific time. If a BURG lock requires a firmware update, this can be carried out in both the BURG Service app and USM lock app. This app is not used to operate a BURG lock. It only enables services outside the normal scope of action and is designed for use by authorised people.
