Serious issues
Placed my order online and had my credit card charged. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order they had absolutely no record of my order. Extremely concerning. It defeats the purpose of ordering online. DO NOT USE THIS APP BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO ORDER AGAIN AT THE STORE. Consider yourself lucky if you don’t have to pay AGAIN at the store

System works, sort of
I've use this system now to place two orders at Burger 7. Both orders were accurately confirmed. However, The system screwed up in terms of making the order available at the time that I requested. For example, today, I ordered something to be ready at 6:30 PM. However, I received an email saying that the order was ready at 5:46 PM --45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up. Something similar happened the last time I place an order online at Burger 7 – so I showed up early – only be told to be told that my order was not ready because it was not the time I originally requested. When I complained at Burger 7, I was told that since they didn't actually operate the system, they were not responsible for any errors. So today I'm assuming that the email was incorrect and that the order will in fact be ready at the time I requested – 6:30 PM. But there's absolutely no reason I should have to guess on such things.

Nothing works
Just downloaded the app and nothing on it works. Everything says unavailable.
"Sorry, we didn't get your order."
Waste of time. Double charged. It takes about 7-10 minute to register & order. Then your met with a blank look when you go to pick up your order. Then it is another 10-15 minutes to figure out what you wanted, how you paid, call Chow Now (888) 707-2469, have them laugh at "your" situation, and get a refund to correct *their* mistake. You want more frustration in your day? Download this app. Want to save money? Just call Burger 7 instead (use Siri & say call Burger 7), it'll save you a buck.

Needs work
Chicken sandwiches have no selectable options like burgers do, you have to write in your toppings by hand.
