Good burgers, glitchy app and...
The whole hook to get us to use your app was that you added a delivery charge to Seamless orders. Now there’s a delivery charge on your app too. This is NYC. Good thing your food is good.

This app does not work
This app is the worst. Constantly crashing, Blank screens or you just can't check out. I try to use it because every once in a while I get an email with a discount code and say ok, I’ll give it a try again. EVERY SINGLE TIME, IT DOES NOT WORK! It’s a shame because I love burgers and would order more if I didn’t have to pay the delivery fee from seamless. But it’s just frustrating and not worth the waist of time.

Can’t Submit Orders
There seems to be a glitch or something that doesn’t allow you to submit the order once you’ve finished entering all of the required information. This problem has been persistent for months. I thought it was just my phone, but that is not the case. Extremely annoying 👎🏽

Total bust - get an error when you try to submit an order.
Sh*tty app
They sent me a flyer in the mail that lists no telephone - app orders only apparently. Despite the negative reviews, I download the app. It crashes on the first screen and there's no getting past it. Their flyer looked nice at least?
Took my money, no food
Tried to order from this app. Got an error, thought that was annoying, but whatever. Look at my bank account - payment had actually gone through! So I went to pick up my food. I get there - there was no record of my order, and they wouldn't make my food. They said I'd get my money back tomorrow. Doesn't really help me right now, as I now have $10 left in my bank account. Good times.

The app moved me
I used it once on my Burger Heights that was four blocks away. Then I tried to use it again and it said the restaurant was still there but that my address had moved 145.83 miles away and the restaurant didn't deliver to me. The food is good but be warned, the app has the power to exile you.
Bugs, crashes, and mystery error codes
When I finally got through the buggy ordering ordering process (I had to force quit twice after it stalled on blank screens) I couldn't figure out how to order without getting an error code.

Unbelievable App
I have downloaded this app and I got 10%OFF from my favorite restaurant in the Heights....
It's so easy to use, and once you put in your info, it will store it for an easy order next time.
The cool part is that the order goes direct to the kitchen for a faster order process.
I definitely recommend to downlod this app.....

An exercise in patience
This app is so unbelievably cumbersome to use. I gave up mid order and just went back to Seamless. I'd rather spend an extra $1.50 delivery fee to use an app that works.
Ease in Ordering
Makes it a snap to order from my favorite burger place in the Heights. I seem to get my food delivered faster than when I order from Seamless.
