App no longer lets you fully customize your sandwich
Taking away the ability to customize how much of each condiments are on the sandwiches is a massive downgrade. I can still do this at the restaurant so why not the app? Not really have it your way…

Total of items added in my cart are worth 27.26 but total shown as 30.25 before any tax or charge or any such extra charge.

I really like using the Burger King app because of the rewards and how user friendly it is.
Poutine salty
Poutine was overly salty. Need to order non-salted next time. Staff are great and quick.
Garbage app
After multiple complaints about the issue with the app no action has been taken yet, I would like to track my delivery yet the app doesn’t allow this and under any circumstances doesn’t allow me to track my order
Fake promotions
Whenever I get deals it says your choice of side then the only option is fries. Deleting the app for false advertisement

I used to use this to order ahead and I just come pick up the food for everyone. (Usually 3-4 ppl’s orders)
But now you cannot properly customize anything so have to get to the store and wait in line then order and wait for them to make the food.

if you are tricked by the mail in flyer that this app will have discounts or offers on delivery think again. It also regularly forgets what ur address or location you selected is, just stick to places with well made apps

I ordered whopper combo on the app , took off all toppings and added cheese. Picked up order, discover almost back to office there is no cheese. Called restaurant and they said order doesn’t have cheese. I ordered cheese. I’ve been eating plain cheeseburgers for 45 years.
App has the most frustrating customer support. You can’t type, there are a series of things to choose from.

Simple request
I dont ask for much, just a simple option to get no ice in my drink. Thats it. I tried going through the "contact us" and i get a robot, it's psychotic that you cant ask for no ice through doordash, skip the dishes, uber eats, or any other ordering app. I dont want dirty ice from an unclean machine with tap water ruining my drink. Thats it.
