App is flaky to say the least. After signing in still shows “sign up for more rewards” banner. But worse than that; QR code doesn’t show. So can’t actually accumulate rewards. If you choose location and the go to offers page it says “choose location to see rewards”, yet directly above it clearly shows the location and restaurant you are in. If I choose order now from front page, (such as Whopper Wednesday) I get taken to Offers Page, which is empty and states “…no offers available…” Flaky and sadly unusable app. iPhone 17 Pro, iOS26. 🤷🏻

Nightmare
Before I start, a lady called Ava was brilliant. However she was the only one working. A ‘manager’ did appear when the BOGOF offer didn’t work. But she was useless. There was no ice and the coke was undrinkable. Well done Ava… I hope you get some colleagues, a manager, and a pay rise!

After all the hassle of getting a free burger from a Pringles crisps and verified code no voucher and the original 3 pack of burgers for£10 didn’t mention they were just about bigger than my thumb, very misleading

Could not place order
Tried ordering through the app in Bluewater but wouldn’t go through. Tried the kiosks but they didn’t work either. Had to go to the till to order as it kept giving me a message that the order could not be processed. There were other people who had the same problem I’m guessing as there were quite a few of us trying to order at the till. The person at the till was taking ages and the whole ordering took ages! I wished I had gone to McDonalds instead as they are a lot quicker and their app and kiosks have never given me this problem.

Non existent customer service
Absolute joke - never get my “free birthday whopper” as promised when signed up to the app and customer service is non existent - they just don’t even bother to respond and there is no phone number
Unacceptable
Upon visiting Copdoc interchange Ipswich Burger King. Staff could be heard swearing, complaint about the cheese sticking together by staff very loud and once made all three burgers in our family order were cold. When spending £39.47 it’s a joke

I like to get this for the kids as it’s hands down better than mac D as the food is low quality form there
