The best fast food burger by a mile
You can not beat Burger King for quality. Unlike other popular fast food burgers….i have never had a cold meal. The reward system is much better than the “other” burger place too
Dark Patterns and bad UX
Bullying app with dark patterns. Instantly met with ‘enable notifications’ screen blocker that was hard to swipe down and not be forced into it, then it partially covered the bottom bar causing navigational friction. Started to order a child’s meal and the price was 79p more than advertised so abandoned and went in. Selected items correctly and was met with the right price. Then was bullied 4 times into unwanted upsells and charity donations. All about the money and share holder value rather than customer experience, that’s why your stores are empty compared to others - you make it so hard even though your product is not as bad as other junk outlets. Will use you on needs must basis because of the above.

App barely works half the time
Struggles to load, sat in basket waiting for pay now to load. Just always loading.
Where are the meal deals
The app is good for pre ordering and offers but for some reason the meal deals are limited. I couldn’t order cheese burger meal, I had to order everything separate.
Nonsense offers
It states offers for delivery but then doesn’t let you order. Waste of time app. Uninstalled

Best value for money and seems to be made with love unlike others that slap it together so rushed. this restaurant is so good I have had nothing but positive vibes! Top company and great food!

Can’t even order, loading issues
Let’s me choose restaurant and add to my basket, when going to the basket the payment section does not load at all, tried resetting phone, wifi, everything else works perfect but just won’t load payment
Burger King is our King.
Absolutely enjoy Burger King days and enjoy the flamed grill Burgers my choice is the XL Double Bacon Cheese Burger. Also the fries are by far the best in all the takeaways. My only issue wish the fries were bigger portions. But 5 star in my opinion

I visited expecting to use a valid offer from the official Burger King app—a Buy One Get One Free deal on the Aberdeen Angus burger. When I tried to redeem it, the staff refused to honor the deal, offering no clear explanation as to why an active app offer couldn't be accepted.
Deciding to move past it, I settled on ordering a standard Whopper Meal instead.
Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The entire meal was served stone cold—the burger felt like it had been sitting out under an inactive heat lamp for an hour, and the fries were completely lukewarm.
App Offers Not Honored: Refused a valid BOGO offer for the Aberdeen Angus burger with zero clarity.
Poor Food Quality: The backup Whopper meal was served completely cold.
Lack of Customer Service: Unhelpful handling of basic app promotions.
Save your money and head elsewhere until this branch fixes its customer service and basic food temperature standards.
