Burrito Patch is Gooooooood!!
Had to try it out. Got a chicken burrito with cheeze sauce, picante beans and jalepeños and it’s so dang good!! Yay!!
Can only order from Midtown location
I love Burger Patch. The food is amazing! The reward program through the app is great! However, some months ago, the app started only allowing me to order from the midtown location, which means I stopped ordering all together. I wasn’t sure it was a glitch, so I did delete and reinstall the app. Still only midtown. Please add the other locations back to the app!

It’s a good thing I don’t live nearby or I’d be tempted to come all the time! Love the smash wraps, plus they’re super easy to eat while on a road trip. All the shakes are amazing too!
Best Fries
I love any and all Burger Patch fries! The variety is amazing and the fries by themselves are crispy and tasty!
Add Apple Pay
Absolutely terrible payment method in the app. Deleted all info I had entered every time there was even one issue with what I entered and couldn’t even complete my order. Add Apple Pay. Your payment system is unusable
Impossible to create an account
I’ve tried multiple times on multiple occasions to create an account. I’ll never get a confirmation email so I switch emails but then it says my number is already registered to an account but then my email isn’t on file to have a password reset. There is literally zero workaround so I am 100% unable to create an account to use this app

Why do they require making an account with a phone number and save a credit card???
Super invasive. Require you to make an account with a phone number. Makes you save a card to order. Doesn’t allow Apple Pay. No way they need all that info.

We already love BP, so anything additional is icing on the (vegan) cake! The UI is simple and easy to use and the points are fun!
No nutritional info
App looks nice and easy to use, but I didn’t end up ordering anything because there is no nutritional info anywhere to be found.
Love Burger Patch, but no Apple Pay!
I appreciate having a dedicated app for ordering Burger Patch, but I can’t believe that it doesn’t support Apple Pay. Also, the non-standard iOS UI and animations ruins the user experience and makes it feel cheap.
