My game isn’t working. People walk into my restaurant and just stand in the middle glitching, not even ordering food. I’m going to need a refund for the money I spent in this game!

Only cheese burger bug/glitch
I like the game but people are only ordering a cheese burger, even when I lower the other prices. Please fix asap

First of all - TOO many ads. Glitchy - ie: you have someone work the register for 4 mins and they just stand there. You have to watch a 1 min ad for that. I stupidly paid $9 for an upgrade and it didn’t show up in the game. So I need a refund.
Music Breaks
This needs to be fixed. I like listening to the game music but every the first ad plays 5 mins into the game the music and sound effects breaks. I am forced to close the game and relaunch it! I cannot afford to pay for ad free play plz fix it!

So for the next update you should have it to where you have a open and closed sign so if we need to clean up we can,but overall I love it

Just downloaded and can’t even start the tutorial, don’t get any customers just keep walking past. I am using the IPad Air 13 inch and have only had it two weeks so think there are more bugs in the system hope you can fix this sooner rather than later

WORST SIMULATOR GAME
Every time I logged out of the game and I logged back in EVERYTHING was rearranged and my prices on the menu would completely change to super high prices. For some reason the counter where the chef puts the food on would have a large line of food going out through the wall, it gets stuck in the wall and I can’t grab the plate so I can’t serve the food leaving me stuck. I had to reset the game a ton of times and it even made my refrigerators small (when they were originally big), and left floating food everywhere. I don’t understand why you can’t just hire a server or cleaner or cashier you have to watch an ad to get one and it definitely doesn’t last 4 minutes… complete waste of time it was a good game in the first day of me playing but now the bugs and glitches are way to bad.

Glitches, and unsaved game a lot of list in here. And need more things to fix in this game!
I started playing this because I saw this on TikTok been playing it for like almost a week what I like about this game having experience of working in fast food. But here are some things that needed to be fixed.
1. Glitched workers: workers I intend to need to help me with working such as cash register, worker cleaning the table and floor, and service worker.
2. The ads: I have to watch every ads just to get back my workers and they’re basically timed until they go away and I have to watch another ad. (Which is stupid).
3. An upgrade of making the workers fast. Because my cleaning worker for the table and floor so slow that I get notifications while playing the game that there no available seats for the customers to eat their food.
4. Glitched workers(again): I’m basically annoyed at this one the most because every-time I finished watching the ad just getting my workers back to help me with the restaurant. They glitch like my cash register just stood there while the customer waiting to get the food ordered and waiting for the worker to pay but my worker just stood there doing nothing. And my cleaning worker glitched to a lot. Walking on trash bin while holding garbage. And most of the time just drop the garbage on the floor in front of the garbage bin without throwing it away leads me to throw it for the worker which is stupid.
It’s completely annoying how I have to watch ads for the rest of the workers besides the worker who cooks.
I need better update for this game that doesn’t relate to the list I put. I have to remove the app on my phone over and over again to get the glitches out but it still happens. I wish I could have put this 4 stars but I would say I cannot. It’s definitely fun playing this game but with all the glitches, and ads I have to take. And the UNSAVED game that I have to start over. Im just not going back to this game at all.

Fix the bug please
Every time I reopen the game all the interior got mess around. Sometime the chips became giant in my fridge and one time one of my fridge just disappeared. Potential good game but definitely need to fix the bug
Good but sooooooo many glitches
I would buy something, then it would disappear the next time I play. Also somehow items from my apartment spawned in my restaurant. This game is extremely fun, but the many glitches get really annoying. I hope they’re fixed, because again it’s a great game!
Missing items.
I love these kind of games but little things are starting to annoy me with this one I play on it for a good while to build the money up to buy fridges but once the game closes and I go back on it my fridges have gone. So I’ve wasted money and now I’m back to having to buy those fridges again. If I buy food and run out of space I leave the boxes with the food in them but when I come back into the game the boxes have vanished so again I’ve wasted time and money and lost the items. I watch countless ads to be able to get the cleaner the server the till assistant but half the time the cleaner is stuck walking in the corner and the till assistant just stands there and doesn’t actually serve. There’s definitely a few bug fixes that need to be done as it’s getting frustrating and not making me want to go back on the game.

Fun but rough…
Fun game with not many ads which are short, got to level 20, noticed my tables & fridges kept moving which affected the stock inside each time I loaded the game.
