Password problem
Keeps giving me strange password rules. I’ll stick to the web version.
Not working correctly
The app would not let me create an account thru the app. I had to create the account in the website. It just kept telling me the password rules even though I followed all rules all 9 attempts. It also is not allowing the app to be downloaded on a samsung phone again giving an error. Fix the app. I also noticed the app was over six months old with only 8 downloads. That should tell you something.

App doesn’t work
I updated the app and now I have more problems with it than before. I forgot my password (and of course I did not write it down) so I decided to reset it. Resetting the password is easy but once I completed the form there is no way for me to submit the information. Hitting return on my phone’s keyboard does nothing, increasing/decreasing screen size does not work. I tried to reset my password via the website but that is not an option. Please fix this issue so that others who forget their password do not have go through this.

Trying to order and it just says (null) every time I go to a burger

I got a special offer via text & downloaded the app, which wouldn’t allow me to add items to my cart. So much for that. I hate GrubHub, but it always works, so back to that. Hopefully you’ll fix this.
