Worst food delivery experience!
Had the worst food delivery experience. After ordering the food for the first time from the app, I waited for 40 mins and then called the restaurant only to tell me that they are still waiting for the driver to collect the order! Talked to the manager and promised me that they will make me a new order and deliver fast as they had integration issues. 30 mins later the driver called me only to find out that he is at the wrong location, even though I provided the right location in the app and also informed the manager. After attempts trying to explain to the driver where I am, he managed to deliver the food. Total time taken was more than 90 minutes. Worst experience, don’t fall into this trap. Better to order through Jahez or Hunger Station.
