I've made over 25 dvds of home movies with burn video, it's a must. Been using them since the beginning!
Only does good when it works.
While this app does a good job making the videos you send in, the app rarely stays open to upload. Most of the time, I open the app and login and then the app closes. Very very frustrating. I have made a few dvd’s and USB as well and they turned out great but I haven’t been able to use this app in a while because I continuously get kicked out while uploading.

Always had great luck until my last order!
I’ve always had good luck ordering from here and getting my orders pretty quick which has been so nice to clean my phone off but my last 4 ordered from April have never came and they have not responded to any of my emails about them. I just placed an order today to give them another chance. Hopefully this one comes and they resolve the 4 that never came.

Apps Fine, Customer Service Stinks
The app actually works pretty good. But when you are missing orders, they have no customer service number to call. The only option is to submit an email stating the problem. Nobody responded to my original email from over a week ago, and no one’s responded to my follow up email from two days ago. You pay for the orders when you submit them, so if this can’t be resolved I’m not even sure how to get my money back. Very frustrating.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this company to deliver. I have waited several weeks for my DVDs to arrive and I am still waiting. The link to their website is a dud, which leads me to believe I am being scammed. So very disappointed. I would not recommend doing business with this service.
Never received disc
Do not use this app! I have been waiting weeks for my disc. They would never respond to my emails so I found them on Instagram and sent a message. The did respond and said they would make it right and supposedly shipped my order. No tracking number. No disc. It’s been weeks. Now they won’t respond to my messages at all. I have disputed the charges and reported them to my credit card company. Fraud

Burn video will burn you
I ordered a usb , site says 8 to 10 days delivery. 25 days later I still haven’t received it. My inquiries to them have basically been answered with stalling round about answers. Took my payment. Provided no item. Do not use or trust this app. CVS video is better and more efficient.

I have purchased multiple times. I love that I can get videos from my phone to DVD. I love that should something happen to my phone I have backups of the videos. Thank you so much!
Video quality
The video and sound quality are great but the app freezes and takes countless tries and days to get my videos uploaded.

I have used them for several years and in the last several months I have ordered three and have not received any of them and the company will not respond to my emails. So disappointing don’t use unless you want to through your money away!!
Took my money, ignored my emails, no DVD’s received
If I could give them no stars I would. I paid over $100 for DVD’s to be made. They never processed my order. I reached out on Facebook, and email. No response. If you go to their Facebook, many customers have had the same issue.
