Just purchased Eliminator 6. Tried to connect and won’t connect to Bluetooth. POS app!
Won’t work on new I phone
App worked well with my Veracity PH on my old iPhone. Switched to a new iPhone before hunting season and the profiles I built last year are gone and app won’t connect to scope. I had to build custom profiles because it didn’t have 7 PRC. I was very excited to have this scope in year 1, now that excitement has turned to disappointment. Took scope off rifle after 1-year.

Eliminator IV
As an avid hunter and fan of Burris products, I am extremely disappointed you are blocking the ballistic data to properly setup my scope when in the field. I spent $2000 on your product and your customers deserve better service from your company. Fix it.
Not compatible
Tried to connect thermal to several iPhones, both new and old. Couldn’t live stream. Downloaded to a Samsung phone, thermal connected straight away.

PLEASE FIX - CCI QUIET CALCULATIONS, IT ERRORS ON RETICLE GENERATION.
It also needs to be able to compare different factory ammunition with a known constant (ie: swap from CCI mini-mag to CCI standard, show me the drop/raise) - an easy enough option to develop on a new release ;)

It’s not very user friendly and it randomly crashes. Makes a hunter very uneasy when shots count.

I ran this app last year with my eliminator 3 scope and it worked great. I really appreciated having it in the field. I reloaded the app on my new phone and guess what. The only option was to connect to the new Eliminator 6 scope. Wow, so not cool. As a business owner I get monetizing your app but using it to push consumers to purchase a $3,000 scope upgrade is out of line. My advice make the app free for two years with new scope purchase and have a yearly access fee in year three and after for older laser scopes. This covers your cost and gives legacy users updates and long term scope value.
Burris you lost another customer. I will save my $$ and will purchase a new Swarovski Gen 2 DS scope. Optics are better.

App keeps crashing
On iPad and iPhone the app keeps crashing when I’m using it.
Sometimes it even crashes as I try to open it so I have to open it again.
It’s very frustrating having the app disappear and needing to restart it often while shooting.

Eliminator 6
I am using the Eliminator 6 for 3 gun competition and so far love it. The Bluetooth remote makes lasing targets quick and easy. The onboard laser hits small targets much better than my other laser range finders. After truing my dope, making hits out to 675 is a breeze. A couple of things I would like to see as an app update are a 15min time out option for the reticle, the ability to upload a custom BDC reticle from the app dope card and Bluetooth connectivity with my Kestrel.

Buggy, counter intuitive, crashes
Application is clearly underdeveloped for an app that has been in prod for this long.
I am getting crashes when deleting bullet profile, missing data “bullet not found” app does does not store data if backgrounded, scope disconnects and more issues.
Great potential but very poor implementation.

Please release a new update to wifi stream the btc v3 for newer updated phones. Would possibly give better rating if the app actually worked.
Why?
I used the app for my Eliminator III. I went to the app to change my ballistics since I’m using a different round, and now you can only use it for the eliminator 6?

My only gripe is not having Barnes Factory Anmo available for input.
No 7 PRC????
Great app but there is no support for 7 PRC, not sure why they just can’t update the app? Returning my scope as I specifically purchased it to run on a 7 PRC with this app. Super disappointed, back to Luepold!
A great apps from an optics company
It is an easy-to-use & intuitive ballistic calculation Apps. Since the StrekPro has been removed from Apps store, so far this one is the best (next to StrekPro). But it’s limitation is that it only covers Burris’ scopes. It is understandable, because this is a free app, and Burris use it to sell their optics. Anyway, I’m glad that Burris Invested on this apps. And it did help me to make a decision to purchase Burris scopes. Great job!
