App doesn’t work & doesnt allow password reset
The app does not work. I created a account and was able to use the app for a few weeks then it stopped accepting my login and password. I tried resetting the password and it says error. I tried creating a new account and it says I can’t because I already have an account under my phone number. I tired emailing Burrito Beach tech support and they are NON responsive.

I tried to reset my password and it says my email address is not found, but when I tried to set up a new account using my same email it says there is already and account with me email.
The app is great when it works
I work at ORD and a lot of times I have to order my food through the app. When the app works it’s great
App won’t open
App hasn’t worked and opened in a month. Tried deleting app and installing again but still doesn’t work.
Great app, needs Apple Pay built in
App is great, only thing better would be to integrate Apple Pay into the app.
Too much points for free entree
I love burrito beach but it’s way too many points to get a free entree. 1200 points… that’s $120 I have to spend everytime before I get a free burrito. God bless the north ave location and especially my boy Hernandez but imma go broke trynna get these free burritos
Great food, weak app
All the food at Burrito Beach is awesome! I love the breakfast options as well as regular menu. Plus, staff are almost always friendly. After discovering this place, I’m done with Chipotle.
What’s not so good is the app. It often does not remember my login credentials so I have to log in almost every time I load the app. When completing an order, there are like 4-5 pages to click through before you can actually submit an order. Can’t this be consolidated onto a single “submit order” button.

Line is always long but will order again
Ordered food at lunchtime and never got it
I ordered through this app and it takes a while to get your food at northwestern. For instance, today I placed my order at lunchtime and I never received my food. Waited 30 minutes and had to go back to work without eating.
Can’t even log into app
Every time I log in and open the app it closes out...
