App showing as “cooking” whilst food was already prepared and waiting; hence was cold when we collected. Got home and ate said cold food; app says our order is still being cooked 🙈🙈🙈.

My halloumi kebab is normally perfect! But today the sauce was missed off and it wasn’t half as good. Also- it used to stay so much warmer when the salad was on the side in a separate container.
