I can never see when the bus is coming to pick my son up or on the way to drop him off.
Unreliable/ they delete bad reviews
I never see updates for my elementary student. The app is not reliable, glitchy at best, the map feature is the worst. It will show my high schoolers bus all the time, even after it drops them off and heads back to the bus depot. But never showed my other children’s bus.

Based on previous reviews of this app, it seems like a lot of updates have been made. The school district that I use this for doesn’t require my kid to scan any kind of fob, the gps on the bus (so far) has seem to be very accurate and I like the refresh rate for the bus being every 2-4 seconds.
The only adjustment that I would to be the most helpful, is if the notifications chimed like other apps notifications. I’m not sure if other users have had this problem, but I only SEE the notifications on my Lock Screen and banners. Even when my phone ringer is on and I get notification sounds for other things, this one seems to be the only one that I don’t get the sounds for. Which means I have to constantly be looking at my phone while getting my child ready and packed for the bus.
If some kind of update and/or bug fix for this could happen, I would be more than happy to change to a 5 star review and even recommend to other parents in the district and bus area to re download the app.

No notification sounds
The tracking has been working to some extent but the notification sounds will not work. I have adjusted all my notifcations and there is no sound which defeats the purpose of having the app at all.
