Too many ads
I just want to check the bus times, I open the app and nearly every single time I have to watch an ad. It is ridiculous . Don’t download this app it’s horrible with the amount of ads .

The app has now gotten even worse with ads. When you open up the app it’s a ad straight away, you can’t even close the app and try again, you must watch it…. App is now ruined. Shame it was doing so well.

This use to be a good app but the ads now are so many and so persistent you can’t get any useful information with a reasonable time.
Sadly I have now uninstalled this app.

The app is the most useless app, it’s full of adverts and does not keep to time table .
Getting impossible to use!
This used to be great but now you go straight into an ad and it takes forever to lose it. They really need to sort it out to limit fornsay 2-3 seconds as it now seems to be an advertising platform rather than a travel app
Ads make app unusable
I have had this app for probably around a decade but they now have such an insane number of adverts, that it’s virtually impossible to actually check your bus time. If you’re in a rush, there’s no chance you would ever use this app because you are forced to watch such long adverts basically every time you click any button on the app and there is no way to close the adverts - so sometimes if they don’t time out themselves, you just get stuck on them indefinitely / until you restart the app.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever discovered! If there was a competition to find the worst one this would be the clear winner.
Its good, is basic and i can find the things i need,
But imagine this, you deperately need the bus timetable because you need to know when the next bus is coming, however a 20 second ad pops up, now we have to wait an extra 5 seconds to exit the ad, now we’ve wasted time and i still need to work out when my bus is coming, i know its only a few seconds but EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT, they already have ad banners at the bottom and still block our screen

Don’t download this app! Full of adverts! Some of them stay in your screen so long that is better for you to wait for the bus than the ad dissapearing your app. Really annoying!
Bus due
You need a refresh button instead of coming out the app and going back in to the app to find out what time the bus is due?!?
Bus are never on the timing it says they’re on
I waited and waited the app said 25 mins as I was in a rush I decided to take an Uber only to find out the bus came 5 mins later and on the app it still says 29 mins. Absolutely ridiculous..

Helpful most the time but occasionally doesn’t track a bus which leads to it driving right past while I walk up

I used to be able to skip the ads but now they persist and I can’t use the app. I’ve deleted it and moved back to city mapper
