Please Reduce the Opening Ads
I like this app, but I don’t know what’s going on lately. Every time I open it, an ad appears. I understand it’s only a few seconds, but when I’m in a hurry and need to check the bus times quickly, it’s really frustrating and annoying. Please consider reducing the frequency of ads or allowing users to access the app before showing them.

Too many ads
I’ve been using this app for the past 10 years. But in the last 6 months the long ads that you can’t skip mean I can’t actually see when my bus is coming. They are making the app unusable and I’ve just downloaded a new app in the hope I don’t waste as much time waiting.
Intentional Ad Placement
I used to use this app, and have done happily for the past year, where I’d have at least 10 seconds to check what time my bus comes, before an ad pops up to incapacitate my screen. In the last month or so, it’s been configured such that now 1-2 minutes is spent waiting for an ad to load up first. In London, when checking both bus and train times, every minute can be crucial. Right now, there’s almost no point in a free version of the app any longer. Thanks for the help, when you did - I’ll miss you sorely.

Ads become so aggressive you can’t even do the thing the app is designed to do.. check the bus! Ridiculous.

The app has now gotten even worse with ads. When you open up the app it’s a ad straight away, you can’t even close the app and try again, you must watch it…. App is now ruined. Shame it was doing so well.

I just want to check the bus times, I open the app and nearly every single time I have to watch an ad. It is ridiculous . Don’t download this app it’s horrible with the amount of ads .

Sadly I have now uninstalled this app.

The app is the most useless app, it’s full of adverts and does not keep to time table .
Getting impossible to use!
This used to be great but now you go straight into an ad and it takes forever to lose it. They really need to sort it out to limit fornsay 2-3 seconds as it now seems to be an advertising platform rather than a travel app
Ads make app unusable
I have had this app for probably around a decade but they now have such an insane number of adverts, that it’s virtually impossible to actually check your bus time. If you’re in a rush, there’s no chance you would ever use this app because you are forced to watch such long adverts basically every time you click any button on the app and there is no way to close the adverts - so sometimes if they don’t time out themselves, you just get stuck on them indefinitely / until you restart the app.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever discovered! If there was a competition to find the worst one this would be the clear winner.
Its good, is basic and i can find the things i need,
But imagine this, you deperately need the bus timetable because you need to know when the next bus is coming, however a 20 second ad pops up, now we have to wait an extra 5 seconds to exit the ad, now we’ve wasted time and i still need to work out when my bus is coming, i know its only a few seconds but EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT, they already have ad banners at the bottom and still block our screen
