why do we earn coins in the game yet y’all are tryna make me pay my own money for extra bonuses in the game. what’s the point of earning coins if u can’t even use them. also this is rigged bc i guarantee level 10 is actually impossible you just made me use all my power ups and watch 3 ads now i got a head ache.

Ads have sound
Please remove sound from the advertisements. Or at least make it automatically mute, and give the sound button a bigger size. I’m tired of having to scramble to turn the sound off every time an ad pops up. The mute button is microscopic so it takes a couple of tries to actually turn the sound off.
Impossible levels
There are certain levels where you cannot move buses due to the rotating bus levels where they are all facing one another and you are unable to progress through the level as no buses are able to move at all

The game is designed to force long boring ads at you. The length of the adds is ridiculous. There are much better games out there.
Undo the Update
I have played this game for a few months, I’m at level 558, and really love the challenging puzzle that some levels offer; but what I really loved was that it was leisurely. The new update and the timed fire trucks, social challenges, and endless pop ups when opening the app make it unenjoyable. I will no longer be playing.

DONT PAY FOR NO ADDS
I paid for no adds, thinking I wouldn’t have to watch one every single time I needed a new space. It literally does nothing. You are still stuck with a million adds to make more room. Ridiculous scam.

Probably the most annoying game ever. I enjoy cod and organizing based games. But they found every way possible to make this one just purely annoying. Pass.
Forced to view Ads 24/7
It was a good game but they will give you the choice to double your points, after every round, if you watch an ad. You can press no but it will trigger an ad anyway, literally after every round. Plus, they don’t let you play offline.

Really enjoy the game, however within the past couple of days it no longer directs to the homepage after each level; it just automatically bounces to the next. Which would be fine, but now when I manually quit the level, there are no longer any of the ranked level challenges to win coins (although it warns me when manually exiting a level that I’ll lose my spot in the challenge?) Not sure, definitely needs to be addressed and fixed, or I’ll soon stop playing.
