Overall the game is and addictive, but I’ve been stuck on level 323 because how it’s set up it won’t allow you to go any further. I’ve tried reaching out but I haven’t received a response. Can y’all help?

I have been trying to purchase the packages and everytime I have to keep requesting a refund because it takes my money but I don’t get the in app purchases

Redemption Point value
The game has a good concept however the point value is really low and you cannot afford the additional options to keep moving along in the game. Maybe start with one or two free options or lower the point value to purchase.
