Unintuitive & Clunky
I am reasonably technical and have no problems in using many other apps; however, I found Buses gg unintuitive and difficult to use for journey planning.
Dreadful for tourists
If you don’t know the island, the first thing you need is a map so you can work out where you can go. There isn’t one in the app. I’m sure the app is great for locals but it doesn’t meet my needs as a tourist.
Not reliable
Tried to use this app the bus stops on the map don’t align with original stops and the buses routes are different from what it shows on live tracking of bus. Tried to use it multiple times never able to get the bus always end up walking to different bus stops and wasting time or missing the buses or waiting for hours and the buses don’t turn up. Worst app have ever used in my life to be honest.
