Thanks for the update
I hate it. Why can't we just swipe through the pictures like we used to? And why do we have to select the photo to be able to zoom in on it? I liked it better before.
Connection sucks
The cameras don’t update to the app like they are supposed to and every time I update my subscription I have to reach out to customer support to get all the cameras to update the plan to eat device.

Love the cameras and the quality, but the app gives me a lot of issues. It never loads anything and half the time I can’t view my pictures without restarting my phone every single time. Other than the app, the cameras are great!

I started my plan about a week ago and woke up today with 4 notifications and I clicked on the app and said I was signed out so I signed back in and now I don’t have an account with an active camera on it but I still have notifications for new pictures. I’m about tired of wasting my time on junk

How come when I try to share pictures with my wife and vise versa we both have bushnell cameras and it will not let you share you can send a picture at a time but I wanted us to see what each other has an pictures of
Worked for 12 hours
The app logged me out the first day I set up the camera. Now it comes up repeatedly with “Invalid credentials” I have uninstalled and reinstalled. At the time I have written this review I have called the 800 number 47 times trying to get help. The recording says due to high call volume and long wait times this que is closed. You 100% can’t get help. As I read the reviews they all respond call this number. I can assure you that number will get you no where. I can’t even log in to cancel the subscription. So now I bought a camera, I am paying for it monthly and I get zero from it. And I can’t cancel it. I own a lot of Bushnell products. I will never buy another one after this experience. Zero customer service after the sale. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card just so they stop the reoccurring billing. At this point I don’t feel like this is bad service, I feel like this is theft.

Don’t waste your money. Zero customer support, buggy app
Used to tell everyone these were the best cameras and ended up buying 10 of them. Only 2/10 will now connect to signal after one season. Tried calling and emailing bushnell for 2 weeks and received no email response and the phone line is has an automated response saying they’re unavailable. Now the 2 cameras that were working say the don’t have subscriptions and won’t send any pictures while they most definitely do have subscriptions. Absolutely stay away from these!

Bugs not fixed.
This camera worked perfectly and took amazing pictures until the most recent update. Now nothing. Whatever bugs that I never noticed before were “fixed” In regards to my camera and my app. The bugs are not fixed.
Customer service
Have 5 cameras and can only get one to send pictures. Tried calling, tried emailing and tried contacting someone through the app. It has been a month of attempts and still can’t get a response.

I got logged out of the app, attempted to login in and keep getting invalid credentials. Same thing when I attempt to log in on a browser. I have tried power cycling my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and still isn’t working. What am I paying for at this point. Have attempted to contact Bushnell for assistance and keep getting the queue is full every time I call.

Doesn’t work
The app is clunky, it doesn’t let me set up plan. It doesn’t let me even save billing information. I can’t say if the camera is good or not since I can’t even use it.

Unreliable
I constantly have issues with the app and these cameras. Everything will be green lights, says great signal, but we will get nothing for weeks. Then randomly we will get 100 pictures/videos. It is unreliable and inconsistent. Spend the money on better cameras.
Not good
My cellucore20 worked perfectly until the free trial expired. Signed up for a paid plan and hasn’t worked since. Customer service never answers the phone. Finally got a return call weeks later, told camera was working well, not sure why data plan isn’t working, switched me to a different plan sad we were good to go…nope. And start the process over. Still not working. Waste of money

App needs updating
Camera works ok but app could really use more features to make it on par with other competitors. I would like to see an option for daily check in photos, a way to view videos with out going and getting sd card (kinda defeats purpose of a cell cam if I have to retrieve sd card), also set up mode to view what your camera sees while putting it out in the field, and much more user friendly way to tag/label pics.

Another subscription? I just wanted a camera.
This is crazy. $14.99 a month for data, but the camera takes a 32gb SIM card. 🤔 So it could just record to the SIM card, without forcing me to pay for aNOTHER monthly data plan. Buying another brand now. Disc golf speaker from them is garbage too. Can’t run alongside the UDisc app. 🤷🏽♂️😅🙏 please get it right y’all. I want to love your company. I really do. I swear it.

EXCELLENT & easy to set up
I have two cellular trail cameras that I use on my property to augment my security system. My intention is to add more Bushnell cameras. They are reliable and this app is easy to use. You just name each camera to distinguish them from each other. LOVE! I get updates on my phone plus information is saved on the SD card.
