Paid for unusable service, Inadequate User Guide
First thing, I paid for the pro version for several months and emailed support about the images not being able to be saved. They were just solid black when I would save them so I had to screenshot my work, which seriously affected the image quality. But I was not offered a refund, nor did they fix my issue. But when I stopped paying for the pro version, I was able to save the images again. So messed up. I wasted at least $40 because I am an airhead and didn’t realize it was automatically taking payments every month. Second, there is VERY little information on how to use the app. The how to use guide just shows how to use the self explanatory features that are the design tools available AFTER you choose your template if custom size. It didn’t give any instructions at all for any if the features you have to choose from BEFORE the actual design phase, most importantly, there isn’t any information or details about the sizes or the custom size option.

How do I get my card produced?
Basic social media icone removed
Basic on icons were removed, how can anyone make a card if there is no call icon , no social media icon no address icon
App doesn’t work
The app didn’t work. I even had a subscription and nothing popped up. Be careful. Don’t waste your money!

Trickery and charging me getting nothing
I’m trying to cancel the service because it is not serving me. It’s trickery when you finish your card and then they want to charge you for printing and will not allow you to download. I’m trying to cancel it and what is it do it takes another subscription from me. I don’t want the first one and now you’ve charged me for a second one.
