Convenient app
I’m a small business owner and I’ve been using Business in a Box for 4 years now. This app has been so helpful for me to access my templates when need be. Business in a Box also recently came out with new features [available on desktop] that has really changed the day-to-day game for me (human resource management/time tracking/leave tracking, audio and video calls, live chat, document editor, spreadsheets etc). I’m looking forward to the next app update when these features will be available in the app too! Oh, and their customer service team is super kind and helpful!

Create complex agreements in minutes!
I needed a shareholders agreement for a new company that I am starting and it was there, ready to go. I just needed to fill the blanks and the job was done in no time. My lawyer would charge at least $2,000 for this. Big money saved instantly. I love this business tool.

Seems to be a worm
While attempting to get an account it keeps saying “No Business Created”. This is a worm according to my system. Do not install is my advice.

Cancel subscription
I want my money back because this is not what they offer me I have 3 days trying to use it and is been impossible. No way to contact no one.

App won’t open
Seems like exactly what I was looking for, but the app wouldn’t open. Got a blue “business in a box” start screen and wasn’t able to get past that point. Even removed and redownloaded. On a 13 pro.
Pricey Plans
If only they could offer monthly plans also than billing yearly. Its a bit too pricey for a start up company still finding its feet. Great Platform though.
Avoid downloading if unsure
My wife is trying to start a small business and was unsure based on the free trial. For the $24/month cost they flaunt she thought no harm. Minutes later charged $300 and after trying to contact support all afternoon to cancel the subscription we found out none of the templates were even applicable. Company refuses to refund her subscription due to the potential of her trying to get their services for free…. So instead they choose to profit off customer’s mistakes by keeping money for services they don’t provide. Avoid unless you are 100% certain their template is what you need (and expect to pay $300) don’t forget to cancel their auto-renewal as well (unless you want it)

Crashes a lot
The app constantly tells me that Business In A Box is “offline”. I double check, and I am not offline. The documents are written very generically and have a lot of repetition in them. Basically, you will have to go through and do a lot of editing to make them suite your needs and remove all the duplicate wording. I guess they are better than nothing when you need a few basic documents. But honestly, I would look for an alternative. I am sure there are several out there. I, myself, will be looking for an alternative here shortly.

This app is always offline… I don’t know what is going on.
Free app only 1 item is usable
Just charge for the app nobody wants to waste time downloading a free app just to find out there is absolutely nothing you can do but read one document
Expensive and doesnt tell you clearly before installing
Does not imply the expense of it. Be transparent and then let people decide before they sign up
